Description
Ganyi is a cute brown Australian Echidna soft plush toy with ‘spikey’ looking fur. Echidnas are Australia’s answer to the Anteater, they attack ant burrows with their long snout and tongue and feast on ants until they are full. If disturbed, they curl into a spiny ball so that only the spines are exposed. They live in a wide variety of habitats, from cold mountanous peaks to deserts, in cold weather they hibernate and in extreme heat they shelter in burrows. This soft plush toy from Elka Australia is a great representation of the real animal, but without real spikes.
